BELL was incorporated on June 10, 1993 in the state of Virginia, as the Manassas Park Education Foundation (MPEF). Renamed in October 2013, BELL is a tax exempt fundraising organization whose purpose is to raise, manage and dispense funds in support of Manassas Park City Schools, K-12. BELL is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization and as such, all donations to the foundation are tax deductible. Please contact us for receipt information or with any further questions.
